Collection of Equipment
-The individual must present a valid UCard when collecting equipment. Equipment must be collected in person; collection via a proxy is not permitted.
-The individual must collect equipment during the selected collection time as per their booking. If the booking is no longer required, it is the individual’s responsibility to cancel it. Failure to cancel will result in a ban from the booking system.
-If the individual fails to collect their booking, the booking will be cancelled, and they will automatically be banned from using the booking system.
Return of Equipment
-The individual must return all equipment by the time stated on the booking confirmation.
-All equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon date to avoid a system ban. If the individual anticipates a late return, they must email or message the Media Store with a valid reason and an estimated return time.
-Failure to inform the Media Store of a late return will result in a system ban. This means the individual will not be permitted to hire equipment.
-Return via a proxy is not allowed.
-The individual must return equipment in a healthy and clean state. Cables, wires, and hardware must be returned securely, with all items in a tidy manner.
-Any kit that is intended to be returned together must be returned in full, especially cameras and SD cards. If SD cards are not returned, the collection will not be considered valid.
