Policies
You MUST have your UCard to collect your booking - no UCard no booking!
Booking should be collected within 20 minutes of your start time. If you do not your booking will automatically be deleted and the equipment may not be avaialble.
We work hard to ensure all equipment is up to the correct standard. However, when collecting equipment it is your responsibility to check the kit & make sure everything is present and correct.
Please let us know if anything is missing/irregular before you leave with the equipment. Otherwise you will be held responsible if we find something is missing when you return it.
